Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

VELUMI is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Returns & Refund Requests

Before returning an item or requesting a refund, customers must first contact VELUMI Customer Support at support@velumi.com and provide their order number along with a brief description of the issue. Unauthorized returns or refund requests submitted without prior communication may not be eligible for processing.
