30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused or in its original condition.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), VELUMI will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
